Chemicals for Laundry

  • Fully automatic chemical dispensers for different soil level concentrations through titration from Kreussler HK

  • Liquid highly concentrated one- shot detergent with optical brightener. Excellent cleaning power for cotton and blended fabrics.

  • Liquid highly concentrated wash- power booster with optical brightener. For white textiles made of cotton, polyester and blended fabrics.

  • Highly concentrated wash-power booster for heavily soiled laundry. Fat remover for all kinds of textiles.

  • Enzyme-containing cleaning power enhancer for extremely dirty laundry.

  • Neutralizing agent for washing extractors and tunnel washer.

  • Fabric softener with antistatic properties and a fresh scent.

  • Finishing agent with handle enhancing and antistatic properties for cotton and poly-cotton blend.

  • Other products utilized and dosed through the automatic pumping system include; Sodium Hypochlorite Bleach, used for white cotton stain removal, Hydrogen Peroxide Bleach for stain removal in the main wash for all categories of linen and maize starch powder (hand dosed) to give cotton table linen the perfect crisp finish.

Chemicals for Dry Cleaning & QC

For textile & fabric we select BÜFA and R.R. Streets as our major dry-cleaning detergents and stain removers.

For fur & leather, we select BÜFA and Suede Products Ltd as our major dry-cleaning detergents and stain removers.

  • During our laundering process, the final pH level of room linens and guest laundry is adjusted to the range of 5.5-6.5 in order to minimize skin irritation.

  • We can achieve up to and over 93 degree in whiteness based on Hunter Lab Company’s whiteness measurement in the USA.

  • We add Secarbon FC – Protection and Finishing Agent on all guest’s garments to give excellent water-repellent and to rebuild the original freshness of the fabric.

  • We add Secastat Conc – an Antistatic and softening agent on all wool and synthetic fibers to achieve an antistatic and soft finish.

  • We add Flame – Retarding Agent CR – a flame retarding chemical on all window curtains and cushions or chair covers to give extra protection.
